A structured breathing system for chronic pain, stress, and nervous system overload.

Guided breath and sensory practices designed to support calm, sleep, and physical relaxation during periods of stress, fatigue, and discomfort.

Breathe with me

This is the starting point of the system. Follow the rhythm visually and allow your breathing to naturally slow over time. No forcing. No performance.

Your nervous system cannot fully distinguish imagination from experience.

The Lemon Experiment demonstrates how thought alone can trigger physical response.

This guided sensory session uses breath-linked attention and imagery to support nervous system downshifting. It is designed for stress spikes, pain flare cycles, and sleep disruption moments.

Why This Exists

BioBreathing is used by people experiencing:

fibromyalgia-type symptom patterns

chronic pain cycles

anxiety and stress overload

sleep disruption

fatigue and cognitive fog

The focus is simple: support the nervous system's ability to shift out of survival activation and into recovery states.

The System

Choose from three BioBreathing experiences based on your needs.

Each level builds on repetition and nervous system conditioning.

The Origin Story

Born from a search
for real relief.

"For years my body lived in a state of constant pain and tension that no one could explain. Doctors couldn't name it. Rest didn't restore me. I was exhausted but never calm."

BioBreathing was developed from years of experience in breathing education, biofeedback, and nervous system regulation. Phyllis Craig created these experiences to make calming, restorative breathing easier to access from anywhere.

That discovery redirected the course of my professional life. I went back to school again, and became a certified biofeedback therapist, serving as Adjunct Faculty at College of DuPage. Across decades of clinical practice, I worked with patients whose bodies, like mine, had forgotten how to rest.

The results I witnessed — session after session — were consistent. When the nervous system receives the right signals through breath and imagery, it responds. Muscles release. Breathing deepens. Pain signals quiet. The body begins to shift from survival into recovery.

BioBreathing was born from those sessions. My patients began asking for something they could use at home — between appointments, in the moments when they needed it most. So I created this guided series using the exact protocols I had developed and refined over decades of clinical work.

I never imagined it would reach beyond my practice. But it has — because the nervous system's ability to relearn calm is not unique to my patients. It belongs to anyone willing to practice.

These programs of combined breathing and biofeedback practice, real clinical outcomes, and a deeply personal understanding of what chronic pain and nervous system dysregulation actually feel like from the inside.

How it works

Your system responds to rhythm.

Stress patterns can become habitual inside the nervous system. Breath rhythm, sensory pacing, and guided attention may help interrupt that cycle — gradually, without force.

01

Breath rhythm

Slow, rhythmic breathing sends a direct signal to the nervous system that the environment is safe. The body responds — gradually, measurably.

02

Sensory pacing

Guided attention through sound and imagery can help interrupt habitual tension patterns. The nervous system responds to what it consistently receives.

03

Repetition

Calming patterns, practiced consistently, become familiar to the nervous system. Familiarity reduces the effort required to settle.

04

Restoration

The body has a natural capacity to repair and regulate. Breath-based practice creates the conditions for that process to begin.

These programs do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. They are designed as a supportive practice for nervous-system awareness.

Programs

A pathway for every state.

Begin where you are. Each program is a structured nervous-system pathway — not a course, not a challenge. A practice.
